The 9th ATAIC Technical Conference of the Association of Tax Authorities of Islamic Countries (ATAIC): Amman – Jordan, 2012
The 9th Annual Technical Conference of the Association of Tax Authorities of Islamic Countries (ATAIC) was held in Amman, Jordan, with the participation of 28 Islamic countries and an international organization. Over five days, the conference discussed a set of working papers related to combating tax evasion and the means of addressing it, in addition to tax collection procedures and mechanisms.
- The countries participating in the 9th Conference were: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Egypt, Palestine, Yemen, Malaysia, Morocco, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Indonesia, Lebanon, Bahrain, Djibouti, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Senegal, Turkey, Brunei, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Oman, and Sudan. In addition, the following international organizations also participated: IBFD, OECD, and IMF.
