The workshop brought together participants from member countries and tax organizations to exchange experiences on the causes of the VAT compliance gap, methods for measuring and diagnosing it, and practical approaches to reducing the gap and strengthening tax compliance. It also provided an opportunity for participants to discuss challenges and share country experiences.
